About the role
You will build the AI products we ship to clients: retrieval systems over their own documents, assistants wired into their ERP and CRM, and the evaluation harnesses that keep those systems honest in production.
This is applied work. You will own a problem from the first conversation with the client through to the service running under load, and you will be the person who decides when a model is good enough to ship.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years building production software, with at least one shipped ML or LLM system
- Strong Python, and comfort with at least one of PyTorch, LangChain or the raw provider APIs
- Retrieval-augmented generation in practice: chunking, embeddings, evaluation, and why each fails
- Able to reason about cost and latency, not just accuracy
- Arabic and English language handling is a real plus
