Questions
Answers before you ask.
What does Planova actually do?
Three connected things: web and mobile product work (websites, portals, apps, custom software), AI services (assistants, automation, data and analytics), and enterprise technology (ERP, CRM, Oracle systems, e-invoicing and the hospitality platforms we have supported for years).
How does a project start?
With a scoping conversation, not a quote. We map what you have, what you need and what success looks like, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and price before any work begins.
How long does a website or app take?
It depends entirely on scope, so we give you a timeline in the proposal rather than a number up front. Small marketing sites move in weeks; platforms with integrations, migrations or custom workflows take longer, and we phase them so something useful ships early.
Do you build in both Arabic and English?
Yes — bilingual is the default, not an add-on. Layouts are built for right-to-left and left-to-right from the first design, and content is editable in both languages from the same panel.
Who owns the code and the content?
You do, on final delivery. You get the repository, the database and the hosting credentials — nothing is locked behind us.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a warranty period for defects. Beyond that we offer support and maintenance agreements covering updates, monitoring, backups and a response-time commitment agreed in writing.
Can you work with the systems we already run?
Usually, yes. Most of our work connects to something that already exists — an ERP, a POS, an accounting system, a property management system — through its API, database or an integration layer we build.
How do AI projects differ from normal development?
They start with your data and a measurable task. We agree what "good" means before building, run a small pilot against real cases, and only then scale — with a human handover path for anything the system should not decide alone.
