About the role
You will design the websites, dashboards and mobile apps we build — starting from the client's business goal, not from a template.
Our work ships in Arabic and English, so you will design both directions properly: mirrored layouts, typography that holds up in Tajawal as well as in Latin, and interfaces that feel native in either language.
What we are looking for
- A portfolio of shipped product work — not only concepts
- Fluent in Figma, including components and design tokens
- Real experience designing right-to-left interfaces
- You can defend a design decision with a reason other than taste
- Comfortable handing off to engineers and reviewing the built result
