About the product
Aref answers customers where they already are — WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and the website — around the clock, in Arabic and English, from what the business itself taught it rather than from general knowledge.
The core is multi-tenant: one platform, many businesses, each with its own data, its own training material and its own numbers. HotelsMind is the hospitality edition built on that same core. The API is a Laravel modular monolith organised by domain, the web app is Next.js, and a super-admin area runs every tenant from one place.
